I am informed, realize, and understand that any alterations which I have requested to be done to my firearm, pursuant to the Work Order, may release the Manufacturer from any liability for any accident should any occur. I release 4BushWRS and its employees from any and all liability for any alterations or modifications that were made at my request.  Furthermore, I, warrant herein that I am not requesting any alterations or modifications that violate any my state or federal law(s).

No completion date is guaranteed, however, upon request, an approximation of the estimated time to completion may be given at the discretion of the 4Bush Weapons Refinishing Systems, LLC (hereinafter “4BushWRS”).  This estimated time to completion is non-binding and may change at any time. 4BushWRS reserves the right to process and complete work orders in whatever order it sees fit solely based on its own discretion.  4BushWRS also reserves the right to accept or reject any work order.

 

All parts needed for work must be supplied by customer or paid for in advance of work being performed.  No exceptions.  Completed work orders will not ship until all costs are paid for.  4BushWRS reserves the right to retain possession of the work order until it has been fully compensated for the work, services, and parts it has provided. Pick up of work orders is by appointment only and must be arranged prior to pick up.  All firearms are shipped with "Adult signature required" and in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.  All firearms can only be returned to the original owner or an FFL licensee.

 

No exceptions.  Customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping charges.

Unless other arrangements are made, in writing, any jobs left in the shop for more than 60 days after written notification of job completion and request for payment of balance will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover expenses.
